Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PlayMart Chat ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Happie Apartments ("we", "us", or "our").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

When creating an account you agree to: (a) provide accurate and complete information; (b) keep your password confidential; (c) notify us immediately of any unauthorised use; (d) be responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to: send spam or engage in harassment; distribute illegal content or malware; attempt to hack or disrupt the service; impersonate another person; or violate applicable laws.

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, and distribute it solely to operate the App. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Games & Competitions

The App includes games and competitive features. Game results are final. We may modify, suspend, or terminate any game feature at any time. Leaderboard rankings may be reset at our discretion.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Happie Apartments shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
