Delete Your Account

Deleting your account cannot be undone. You will be signed out on every device immediately and will not be able to log in again. The same username cannot be reused.

Delete from inside the app

Open PlayMart Chat and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Read the confirmation and tap Delete Account again.
Enter the one-time verification code we send to the email address or phone number on your account. This step proves the request is really yours.

Deletion takes effect as soon as the code is verified. No further action is needed.

If you cannot sign in

Email happieapartment@gmail.com from the address registered on the account, with the subject “Delete my account” and your username. We verify ownership before acting and respond within 30 days, as required by law. We cannot action a request that we are unable to verify.

What is deleted immediately

Your ability to sign in — your stored password is erased at once.
Every active session, on every device.
Your chat and messaging access, including calls and games.

What is retained, and for how long

Your account is marked deleted rather than erased instantly. Your username and message history are kept for 24 months for security, abuse-prevention, dispute-resolution and legal-compliance purposes, and are then removed. During that period the data is not accessible to you or to other users, and the account cannot be restored or reactivated.

Messages you sent to other people remain in their conversation history, in the same way an email you have sent stays in the recipient's inbox.

Want a break instead? If you only want to stop using the app for a while, sign out rather than delete — signing out keeps your account and history intact.
